CONTRACT, MAINTENANCE FEES & MORTGAGE STATEMENTS

Once the documents have been submitted to the resort, there will be a waiting process for 4-8 weeks. This is the time it takes to have them processed and entered into the resorts system.  We provide this time range as the number of weeks will depend on your resort and resorts volume of requests. We will touch base once we receive receipt of acknowledgement.In the meantime, please gather and provide the following documents to submit below: 

Please submit digital copies of the items below.  If we have been hired to help with more than one contract, please be sure to send the documents separately. We have two upload sections below for CONTRACT #1 and CONTRACT #2. If you have hired us to assist with only one contract, you will only need to use the area labeled CONTRACT #1. 

• Copy of your Timeshare Contract
• Maintenance Fee Summary
• Mortgage Statement(if applicable)

Please use the section labeled Contract #1 if you only have documents for ONE contract. Please be sure to upload all of your documents for your timeshare contract before submitting them. If you have more than one contract, you may then proceed to Contract #2 section below.
